As part of the Art Byron program artist Laith McGregor and Lismore Regional Gallery Curator, Kezia Geddes will be in conversation at The Sunseeker resort, where a collection of McGregor’s small paintings and ceramic works will be exhibited in the main library and lounge space. Laith’s practice spans drawing, painting, sculpture and video. “I see my work as a long drawn-out continuous narrative, slowly unravelling and revealing aspects of myself, my immediate surroundings and thoughts,” he says. His works – in particular intricate ball-point pen drawings - have been shown in Australia and internationally.
