Never really knowing if a career in environmental science or the arts fitted best I've found myself halfway between the two in my own Art Vs Science battle for relevance.

I've experimented with a variety of mediums including lino cut stencils, spray paint stencilling, free hand acrylic spray painting, photography and videography over the past 8 years or so.

My choice of subject matter is reasonably broad however environmental issues tend to feature in my photography and videography a lot. The majority of my spray painting has generally been provided free to the community to enjoy as "non commissioned public art".......there are a variety of ways in which this could be described...

I've recently found a balance in my Art Vs Science battle with my aerial photography. It seems a natural fit. Telling stories of human interference in Australian landscapes in my own way. I describe them as abstract aerial photographs but in my head they feel more like paintings with my eye looking for line, colour, pattern and texture that will satisfy the heart.
