Mixed Media Pop Culture Sculptures with Lucas Wright and Claudie Frock

Lucas and his creative mentor Claudie Frock will deliver this creative and fun filled workshop for young people inspired by the mixed media artworks, mediums and techniques in the exhibition Lucas and the Midsomer Murders.
The workshop will include, drawing, collage and paper sculptural techniques, and will prompt the young participants to develop collages, diaoramas, models and paper sculptures based on their favourite, TV shows, movies, and popular culture.
Lucas Wright is a contemporary artist with Down Syndrome living in the Northern Rivers region. He draws inspiration from Western art landscape and architectural painting, and popular cultural imagery from his favourite television programs, movies, games and comics.

The workshops are free and open to young people aged 12–24.
