CLOSED LOOP CIRCUITS is a series of large works on paper that look at the defining boundaries and borders between self and other.
The visual conversation is transmitted across the forms through use of colour and patterning, alternating from stagnant shells of form and planes of movement that is more particle in nature.
Forms dissolve, fuse, dance, barricade and nest.
My work will be looking at closed loop circuits of information in a time of ultra-personalised platforms of knowledge sharing. I am interested in the recycled nature of matter – across forms as a way of escaping such defined borders we curate ourselves into.
